  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Place one sheet of brik on a flat surface.
  3. Add a spoonful of tuna, parsley, and capers in the center.
  4. Crack an egg on top of the filling and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Carefully fold the pastry into a triangle or half-moon shape, sealing the edges.
  6. Gently slide the brik into the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy (about 2 minutes each side).
  7. Remove and place on paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
